Business Philosophy There is nothing more powerful than a Real Estate Agent who advocates on behalf of a buyer or seller, in order to ensure a smooth transaction and a pleasant experience. There are many factors that go into making this possible. First, it takes experience and a certain skill set to get the job done. Second, vital steps are taken so that customers feel they are in good hands from start to finish. Finally, that expectations are met, regardless of how high the degree. Whether the customer is a past or a present one, they will quickly realize when stepping into my arena, that they are number one. Not only that, but they will also know that excellent customer service is being provided. In 1991, they built a home in Oakdale, Minnesota. In 1999, they decided to follow their younger son to California where he continued his education in filmmaking. After living in a suburb of Los Angeles for a while, they returned home to Minnesota and landed in Mendota Heights where they currently reside. Education In 2003, Maria received a degree in Technical Communication from Metropolitan State University. After freelancing for two years, Maria decided to get her real estate license and has serviced clients ever since with a short break when the market crashed. Maria's technical communication degree covered a variety of areas that she currently uses in her real estate career such as marketing, management and research. Maria loves education and is constantly learning new things to enhance her skills and abilities in order to serve her clients effectively and strategically. Maria grew passionate for real estate after the unpleasant sale of her first personal home. Therefore, her goal when working with clients is to help them so that they do not experience the same. Maria is a true advocate when serving her clients and understands their concerns. Her ultimate goal is to make their real estate experience a pleasant one by providing the best customer service. Interest and Hobbies Maria's loves to spend time with family, bake, cook, read, write, design her own marketing pieces and greeting cards. Someday she hopes to pick up the flute and art (painting). She also would like to learn how to ice skate, complete another Bachelor of Arts Degree, learn a third language and visit New York City.
