Personal Background I fell in love with the Saint Paul and Minneapolis area when I moved north from Iowa to attend Macalester College. I love exploring the neighborhoods and cities throughout the metro area, as well as the rural communities of Greater Minnesota. While I have lived in several states and countries in my life, the Twin Cities is home. I graduated from Macalester, received a Master of Arts from the University of Iowa, and have taken coursework at the Humphrey School of Public Affairs. Prior to my real estate career, I worked for major non-profits like the American Red Cross and AFS-USA, as well as for Fortune 500 companies like Rockwell Collins and MCI Worldcom. I love spending time with my children and grandchild (world’s cutest, of course). When I'm not working to find you the perfect home, you can find me tracking down suburban garage sales, reading newspapers in local coffeeshops or hiking through urban neighborhoods. I try to take advantage of all the Cities have to offer, from local restaurants to outdoor concerts, brewpubs to bicycling. My philosophy guides my personal life as well as my professional interests: believing in kind strangers, strong neighborhoods, the power of a smile, the grace of forgiveness, and the importance of living a life of integrity and humor.
