Claire has been in the real estate industry since 2010 with Coldwell Banker - beginning her career at the Wayzata Office, and now presently selling with the Highland Park Office in St. Paul. Her time in the Western Suburbs, and now returning to her roots in the Highland Park neighborhood, provide her with a diverse knowledge of the Twin Cities Real Estate Market. Claire has a passion for ensuring buyers and sellers have an enjoyable, informed, and successful real estate experience from start to finish. From first time home buyers to seasoned veterans, Claire has a hand in ensuring her clients understand the process and are well taken care of each step of the way. In addition to striving for top client care, Claire also focuses on continuous market education to ensure her clients know market conditions and how it affects their purchase or sale. Claire's desire to be involved in Real Estate began early, after seeing her family's success and enjoyment in the industry. Her grandfather - along with his siblings - founded Bisanz Brothers Construction Company - developers and real estate professionals in the Highland Park community in St. Paul - building more than 700 homes. After seeing their work - including the influence of her aunt Colette Bisanz, Claire knew she wanted to carry on a great real estate legacy.
