About Nikki

I'm a central Minnesota native with a return to the area in 2011. I am very familiar with our local real estate market and trends. I received my BS in Family & Consumer Sciences from South Dakota State University in 2006, my Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of North Georgia in 2011 and finally my Real Estate license in June 2018. My previous experience in the industry includes Mortgage Underwriting for 3 years and Commercial Underwriting for another 3 years, which has made my transition into Real Estate very smooth. I was even dragging family and friends to open houses with me since my high school years! I'm very excited about my partnership with Coldwell Banker Burnet, the team-like dynamic and agent support is extremely beneficial to myself and my clients. I maintain a small client base to ensure the most personalized, dedicated and prompt service I can offer. I received the award for Top Rookie Selling Agent in November of 2018. Along with being a full-time Real Estate agent, I'm also a full-time mom and wife. As a family we enjoy many of the seasonal activities Minnesota has to offer from downhill skiing in the winters to hiking, boating and fishing in the summers. We love our neighborhood and home and helping others find the same happiness is what motivates me to work hard for my clients!
