We pay to enhance your home on many of the major websites to get the most views possible. We take virtual tours on all of our homes. We take approximately 100 photos of your home and pan around the rooms and outside the house so that buyers can get a better sense of the floor plan and how the rooms fit together. We have a high tech Cannon camera and take all of our photos. We took a photography class so that we can get the best photos possible of your home. We retake photos due to changing seasons or updates in the home or the yard. We have many tools to sell your home and we also utilizie more traditional advertising like the St. Cloud Times Newspaper and the Homefinder Magazine published by the St. Cloud Times. We highly believe in open houses as another tool to get potential buyers into your home. They are advertised in the newspaper as well as hundreds of websites locally and nationally.
