This year-round cabin sits on the south shore of Lake Inguadona, best known for its sand lakeshore and beautiful views up the length of this excellent fishery. Inguadona is known for some of the best walleye, musky and pan-fishing our area has to offer. The lot has 150' of sand frontage with nice buffers on both sides providing great privacy and is convenient to a state designated ATV & snowmobile trail. This trail gives you access to thousands of acres of public land for all of your hunting/hiking needs. The cabin itself has been completely remodeled, in & out, over the past several years including the stainless-steel appliances (gas range w/skillet) and utility equipment. The new 3 stall garage has a heated workshop and plenty of room for the toys. A paved driveway and rocked parking area provide extra parking.
