My favorite part about being a REALTOR® is getting to know my clients and helping them find their dream home! This dream is different for each and every client. Whether they are buying their first home or ready to move up or downsize, it is my wish to make the process of buying or selling as fun and easy as possible. It is my job to listen to your wants and needs in a home and to put forth the time and effort needed to find that perfect place for you. If you are wanting to sell your home, I will help you get your best price. We will do that by looking at current market conditions, preparing your home for the market and presenting your home at its best. Buyers are very visual, so how we present your home online is key! I offer free staging ideas as well. I believe in open lines of communication and being available to my clients. Calling, texting or email all work for me. If you have questions, I will find the answers as soon as possible. I truly want my clients to feel comfortable with the whole process of buying or selling their real estate. I have lived in the Lake Pepin area for over 25 years: Red Wing, Lake City and now Old Frontenac, MN, with my husband and three kids. Each day when I go for a walk or a hike through the State Park, I feel blessed. It is my mini vacation! We have some of the most beautiful views in the United States. Living and owning a home, in this area, is a wonderful thing!
