Hello, I'm Trisha Satter and I'm proud to represent Coldwell Banker Preferred Partners in the Minnesota Lakes Area. I live in Dent, MN so I have had the great opportunity to work in both of our offices. One located in Pelican Rapids, MN the other in Perham, MN. I take pride in creating a superior real estate experience by combining my knowledge, expertise, and passion with the support and resources of the world's largest real estate franchises. I'm a member of the Diamond Society. I specialize in residential, relocation and lakeshore needs. I've made a career of providing high-quality, professional and personalized service to help my clients achieve their goals since becoming a Realtor in 2012. I feel fortunate to have lived in this area for over 40 years. I'm married to Mike Satter and we have three grown boys, Ryan, Dylan & Coltan. We love doing things with our boys and enjoy spending time enjoying their passions, anything from stock car racing, bow fishing, 4 wheeling & hunting. I am an avid bowhunter and worked in sales and marketing in that industry for over 17 years. I enjoy the great outdoors and everything Minnesota has to offer. I love calling this area home and appreciate the opportunity to help clients experience all that the Minnesota Lakes Area has to offer.
