I work in a 60-mile radius around Park Rapids, MN, and as an environmentally-conscious professional, I drive a hybrid car to help reduce my carbon footprint. Over the past five years, I have been honored with Coldwell Banker’s International Sterling Society Award three times, a recognition of my dedication and success in the industry. I’m also actively involved in the Nevis Chamber of Commerce, where I assist with events like Muskie Days and support the local community in many ways. My professional journey began with a strong foundation in finance. I graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of North Dakota with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance. I completed my degree while working full-time and raising two sons, which taught me the importance of time management, persistence, and dedication. Before joining Coldwell Banker Crown Realtors, I spent 30 years working in banking, including positions at Alerus Financial and Bell Banks in Grand Forks and Fargo, ND. As a long-time resident of the Park Rapids area, my husband, Greg, and I have enjoyed owning a cabin near Nevis since 1995, and we later built our dream home there in 2004. I’ve developed a deep understanding and appreciation for the region, making me an ideal resource for anyone looking to buy or sell in the area. Outside of real estate, I’m a high-energy person who loves staying busy. My grandkids—Ellie, Adley, Boden, Piper, and Isla—bring so much joy to my life. When I’m not spending time with family and friends, I enjoy gardening, sewing, reading, and playing puzzle games. Hosting get-togethers at the lake is a favorite pastime, and if fun music is playing, you’ll likely see me dancing along!
