This is a beautiful property with a super nice diverse mix of timber. The property already has a driveway/trail heading back in to a cleared area the seller has a camper. From there are a couple trails that head off to a couple openings. One is a more faint trail that heads out toward the NE where a small clearing has been created and could be worked on a bit more to create a food plot area.
