The beautiful "Vermilion River", at it's finest, is right out the door of this wonderfully maintained rustic cabin. Built in 1954, but has several improvements and/or upgrades done by the current owners, over the past (3) years. Some of these would include all new smart board siding, several windows, back door, patio door, retractable exterior shades and exterior paint to the cabin. the bunkhouse/fish cleaning house was rebuilt and has running water/sink added. New outhouse was built, with a compost toilet (St. Louis County Compliant). All out buildings freshly painted. Cabin sleeps (8) adults plus a few more in bunkhouse. The River offers some of Northern Minnesota's finest fishing, yielding multiple species, including walleye, Northern pike, crappies and panfish.
