My name is Sylvia, and for nearly 25 years I have resided in the charming Fulton neighborhood of Minneapolis. I've cherished my home and community for decades. After a fulfilling career as a Delta flight attendant, retiring in August 2020 after 24 ½ years, I continued my passion for real estate. For over 35 years, I've been a certified residential Real Estate Appraiser, maintaining my practice with Foreman and Associates Appraisal Services. My journey in real estate started in California in 1979, and since moving to Minneapolis, I've been a licensed Real Estate agent in Minnesota since 1998 and obtained my Real Estate Broker’s license in 2005. Currently, I am associated with the Edina Coldwell Bank Realty office, where I bring a wealth of experience and a genuine passion for helping my clients achieve their real estate dreams.
