Education, Employment & Accomplishments Education – Graduated from University of Minnesota, Twin Cities – Business and Psychology major. Real Estate Experience – After many years in broadcast media sales Sandra has taken the opportunity to follow her passion and make a career shift into real estate. She has always been interested in homes new and old and the real estate process in general, and now can focus her energy on helping people sell and find a new home. Sandra’s long sales career was based in the Twin Cities area with notable local companies including Minnesota Public Radio and Hubbard Broadcasting, which laid the groundwork for her to become a successful real estate agent. Her experience negotiating and selling high-value items in volatile markets is invaluable. Listening to clients and asking the right questions is just what is needed to match buyers with their next dream home, and sellers with the price and timing they desire. She understands that taking care of the details and keeping everyone in the loop is key to achieving a successful closing. Selling real estate has always been an aspiration for Sandra, and she is so excited for this next phase of her life. You and the Markets You Serve Sandra has lived her entire life in the Twin Cities area. Raised in the Macalester-Groveland/Highland Park area, she gained an appreciation of St. Paul and surrounding suburbs. After college she moved to Minneapolis where she has lived ever since, purchasing multiple homes, and managing many home improvement projects. She takes advantage of what the Twin Cities has to offer and loves to try new things, being active in her Hale/Page neighborhood. Sandra loves collaboration. She finds joy in working with people and knowing she has improved their lives. She looks forward to supporting customers with the largest purchase and/or sale most people make in their lifetime. What Sets You Apart? Sandra has always been a very driven self-starter. She is relentless in her pursuits and brings that energy to ensuring that her clients are her top priority. Having recently become an empty nester, she is now able to bring her full focus to this opportunity. Her experience with the many different stages of life makes her uniquely capable of meeting the needs of everyone from first-time home buyers/sellers to those entering retirement. And she loves connecting people with their new communities. Sandra knows that listening, following through, and providing a wealth of options are key to making clients happy. And with the support, guidance, and knowledge Coldwell Banker has to offer, she knows everyone will feel cared for and thrilled with their results. Sandra loves to travel and really enjoys our national parks. She and her family have visited Yellowstone, Yosemite, Zion, and Bryce Canyon to name a few. Taking the kids (now 22 and 24) to discover nature and explore these treasures has brought them closer together. The kids are best friends still to this day, largely thanks to connecting in this way. Now as adults they can’t wait to plan their next adventure.
