About Kari

Kari Shaw Akers (she/her/hers) is a Minnesota native and has been living in the Twin Cities for the past 25+ years. She has experience working on projects, from demo to resale to interior design, for many different styles of homes. Kari recently acquired her real estate license and wants to help you find your new home. Her customer service is top notch and making connections is her true passion. She understands the decision-making process when purchasing a new home and looks forward to making it a smooth transition for you. Outside of work, Kari enjoys spending time with her husband and their two boys. She is also a singer in a local old-school country band, The Dollys. She is excited to meet you, get to know you, your family and what dreams you have for your new home!
