Brandyn first entered real estate in 1997, spending over a decade in the business, co-founding SKY Sotheby's International Realty offices in two states and earning a place among the top-producing agents in the industry. She went on to manage a Coldwell Banker office before returning to the side of the business she loves most: working directly with clients. What drew her to real estate in the first place was the autonomy of it, the competitive challenge, and the chance to meet people from every corner of the world — but underneath all of that was something more personal. As a kid, Brandyn's family lost their home to bankruptcy, an experience that never left her. It's part of why she doesn't treat a home as a transaction. She knows, firsthand, what a home actually holds. In 2008, Brandyn stepped away from real estate to build an executive and entrepreneur coaching practice, and to teach and train yoga instructors — work that sharpened the same instincts that now serve her clients daily: how to listen closely, read a room, and help someone move through a big decision with a clear head. She returned to real estate in 2022, bringing all of it back with her. Brandyn has called the Minneapolis lakes area home since 2006. She's biked every trail, walked every lake, and swum in more of them than most lifelong locals can claim. During the pandemic, she and her husband settled into Cedar-Isles-Dean, where they later built their own home from the ground up — so when Brandyn talks about a neighborhood, she's speaking from the inside of it, not a listing sheet. Brandyn is also a kidney transplant recipient; her husband was her donor, a quiet daily reminder of what partnership and trust actually look like. She's a devoted dog mom to two French Bulldogs, and a proud Southern Indiana native who found her true home in Minnesota.
