We truly love our home, and we believe you will too. This was our very first home, and leaving it is bittersweet. The only reason we're moving is due to a new job opportunity that requires relocation. As the saying goes, "fences make good neighbors," and our fenced backyard has given us both privacy and the chance to enjoy friendships next door. The location has also been such a blessing: quick access to Hwy 169 and 694 makes getting anywhere - whether downtown Minneapolis, up north for the weekend, or just around town - simple and convenient. We're just 10 minutes from Arbor Lakes and the Fountain at Arbor Lakes, with endless shopping and dining options, plus several nearby grocery stores. For recreation, Woodcrest and Thorsen parks are only a short walk away, and Eagle Lake's public boat launch - perfect for fishing, paddleboarding, or water sports - it just blocks from the house.
