This is a gorgeous property located on the Black River! This property already has power brought in to a perfect spot overlooking the river! The front part of the property is an overgrown field. Then all along the river is timbered. The Black River winds back and forth with some oxbows. Using the county GIS measuring tool it comes up with approx. 3,590 scenic feet of frontage along the river. While walking this property I jumped several ducks along the river and flushed three grouse in the timber along the river as well. I also noticed a pretty good amount of deer sign in areas along the river and out in the field. I saw several established deer trails and lots of deer beds.
