Remote northern Minnesota parcel with Amish-built off-grid cabin. If you’re looking for a truly remote hunting property with quality improvements already in place, this kind of setup is getting harder and harder to find! Located near Kelliher, Minnesota, this 80+-acre parcel offers a secluded hunting-camp setting in prime deer country. A 1.5-mile private easement provides access to the property, creating the privacy and low-pressure environment serious hunters are looking for. A large tract of state land lies directly to the north, adding even more recreational opportunities beyond the property itself. This property also has a pond located near the cabin site, providing an additional convenient water source. The cabin has solar, propane, and a composting toilet. The long private access, surrounding timber, and limited activity make this an exceptionally quiet setting for deer hunting, wildlife watching, and getting away from it all. Check out the Seller's Notes! An additional 80+-acre parcel with the same cabin setup adjoining this parcel is available; see MLS 7148482
