About Tammi

Tammi has owned and operated a variety of successful businesses in the Twin Cities, including a car wash, laundromat and fire truck sales and equipment company with her late husband Jon McLaughlin. She’s very knowledgeable about the Grand Rapids area as her family has owned a cabin here since 2005. Tammi moved to Grand Rapids permanently in 2012 after marrying Grant Bischoff. Their blended family includes seven children. “I’ve always had a passion for real estate, but with our large family, I didn’t have a very flexible schedule. Now most of our children are grown, so it became the perfect time.” said Bischoff. “I love the process of transforming a house to make it a home.
