Cook County and MinnesotaÌ¢?Ts North Shore has been Nan's home now since 1994. She was raised in another favorite Minnesota destination Ì¢?  Grand Rapids. She has two sons and four grandchildren!
Nan has enjoyed the North Shore of Minnesota since the 60Ì¢?Ts, arranging camping trips for my family in the BWCA while raising her two sons in Duluth. Now Nan spends her free time golfing, skiing, fishing, hiking and bird hunting throughout Cook and Lake Counties. She finds that Cook County offers her everything she likes to do right at her fingertips.  Nan says  I pinch myself everyday on how lucky I am to live here.
Before buying Lockport Marketplace & Grill (Lutsen) in 1994, Nan attained two degrees from the U of Minnesota and spent over three decades working for the American Red Cross as Instructor, Instructor-Trainer, and Director of the New England Chapter of Health and Safety Services.

Deb is an avid hiker, skier, bird hunter, fisher, golfer and has swam throughout the Arrowhead Region of Cook and Lake County. She is very familiar with the land & lakes and welcomes you to discussion on any area that interests you!
Deb is a co-owner of Lockport Marketplace and Grill in Lutsen. If you are a customer and knowledgeable of Lockport and its outstanding history of great personal service and product, then you can be assured that they will be just as dedicated in working with you as a seller in listing and selling your property or as a buyer in finding the right cabin, home, condominium or real estate property that is right for you.
In the late 80Ì¢?Ts Deb's interest in Real Estate began. It all started in New England working with contractors and homeowners on home design and construction.
After spending six years out East she returned to Minnesota and not only worked in the secondary mortgage market of home loans and but made personal investments in the buying and selling of Real Estate.
Before becoming a resident (1994) of Cook County, Deb attended Northern Michigan University in Marquette, Michigan. At NMU I obtained an undergraduate and graduate degree in Sport Science and Health Education, teaching for fifteen years thereafter at several colleges and universities throughout the Midwest and New England.
