About Julie

Julie started out as an elementary school teacher and owner/operator of her own retail business before joining Coldwell Banker North Shore five years ago. She has a Bachelor's of Science degree in Education and is a member of a host of local and national organizations: St. John's Catholic Church, National Association of Realtors, Lake Superior Area Realtors, North Superior Ski and Run, Cook County Historical Society, Devil Track Lake Property Owner Association, Clearwater Lake Property Owner Association, Mid Trail Property Owner Association, Cook County Coalition of Lake Associations, WTIP Community Radio, Grand Marais Arts, American Legion Auxiliary, and WISE. In addition to her professional experience and memberships, Julie is very active in the community, volunteering as a WTIP North Shore Radio host and is secretary of the Devil Track Lake Property Owner Association. Julie moved away from the area after college and chose to come back because she believes there's no better place to live. She loves the area for its caring community, opportunities for active outdoor experiences, tons of green space, and, of course, Lake Superior. When she's not working on professional projects, Julie enjoys spending time at the lake with her family, traveling, and reading.
