About Freddy

Freddy is known for his charismatic and outgoing personality. His focus is to work with and establish meaningful relationships with his clients. Coming from an Ecuadorian background, he is bilingual in Spanish English. This has allowed him to work with the Spanish speaking community in Minnesota. His real estate career began with single family homes, townhomes, and investment properties. He now has expanded his portfolio into condominium's, maximizing his expertise in all areas of Real Estate. Growing up in Minneapolis, Freddy has always had a taste for city living. He attended Dunwoody University acquiring his bachelor's degree in HVAC and Construction Management. He can apply this experience and knowledge to effectively provide a sense of reassurance to his clients. Freddy and his partner live in Golden Valley. When not at work, he enjoys entertaining guests and spending quality time with friends family. He loves traveling the globe and learning from different cultures.
