Personal Background My wife Jess and I were born in Minnesota and we have been lifelong residents. We love the people and the values that they hold as well as all the opportunities our great state provides. We grew up in the small town of Hector, lived in Shakopee for 19 years, and we permanently moved to our lake home in the New London-Spicer lakes area in 2020. We are proud parents of three children, Tate (who is a full time licensed Realtor with our team), Avery (who is attending North Dakota State University), and Beckett (who attends New London-Spicer high school). Jess and I and our family love to take advantage of all Minnesota has to offer. Some of our hobbies include water skiing, boating, playing volleyball, golfing, fishing, and hunting with our yellow labs Liberty and Milly. Along with all the outdoor activities we take part in, Jess stays on top of home trends, and she often helps me with suggestions and ideas for preparing my clients' homes for sale. One of our favorite pastimes is following all our local sports teams. In addition to supporting our teams, I am actively involved as the volunteer public address announcer for New London-Spicer Wildcat Volleyball, Football, and Boys Basketball. Jess is the C Squad volleyball coach at NLS and I volunteer with the NLS volleyball team and both Jess and I have coached NLS JO Volleyball. Before entering the real estate business, I previously worked as a personal banker. I have a very strong knowledge of the borrowing process and financial side of a real estate transaction. I have also previously worked as a web production specialist which has given me the ability to use the internet and social media to best serve my clients by actively promoting my listings and providing resources to my buyers and sellers. I am a licensed broker in the state of Minnesota and have overseen thousands of transactions since 2001 in both a broker and sales advisor capacity.
