Dan joined Team Tillman with a degree in marketing and a lifetime of experience in purchasing and sales at a corporate job, followed by a successful stint as a real estate investor where he bought, rented and remodeled commercial and residential properties. Dan is passionate about using his experience with contacts and negotiations along with his practical skills in remodeling to help clients feel taken care of in the home buying and selling process. Dan combines his light-hearted contagious enthusiasm for helping buyers and sellers achieve their dreams. Whether that's helping them understand the nuances of contracts, side stepping contractual land mines, or helping them with remodeling ideas, tips or chores.
