About Chad

After graduating with honors in finance from the University of Tampa and getting his MBA in finance, Chad started his career in - what else? Finance. After spending 11 years in the corporate world and a bit of time dabbling in home investments, Chad decided it was time to turn to real estate as a career. With his under-standing of the wide variety of financial tools available, along with the relationships he had built in the financing community, Chad quickly became a valuable ally for anyone looking to buy a home. Add to that his real-life experience in home investments and renovation and you have a powerful set of tools to help anyone from a first-time buyer to seasoned investors find properties that offer baked in equity opportunities. Chad begins the process by addressing the needs of his clients and strategically aligning the right resources, information, and solutions to help clients move forward. Chad is the consummate coach having himself won medals throughout the US in javelin and shot put and now dedicating his talent to the Special Olympics. He coaches athletes, participates as a unified partner, and enjoys supporting many fund-raising events including the Polar Plunge - where he jumps into a freezing lake every February to help Special Olympics meet their financial goals!
