About Brandy

Brandy Breiland, Branch Vice President for Coldwell Banker Realty’s Plymouth office, began her real estate career in 1996 as an independent sales associate in the Minneapolis Parkway office. For the past 12 years, Brandy has been active in the real estate industry as a Realtor, an investor, and in a variety of leadership roles. Her primary expertise is in leading real estate offices and growing successful teams. Brandy has an abundance of real estate leadership experience and brings a positive, supportive attitude, and excellent communication and listening skills to her work. She has a passion for educating, coaching and mentoring new and existing independent sales associates. Brandy is a non-competing manager in the Plymouth office and her goals are to educate and inspire. Brandy works to maintain a positive, dynamic office culture, and to help agents accomplish their real estate business goals at Coldwell Banker Realty.
