About Andrea

While most people today are online shopping, dating or reviewing restaurants, Andrea Soule pores over the MLS, neighborhoods, and tax records in search of the next amazing home. Beginning at a young age, Andrea had a passion for real estate as well as interior and exterior design. As a child, Andrea would cut out pictures from her mother's Better Homes and Garden magazines for inspiration, and when she would go to a friend's house, she would ask for a tour so she could evaluate their home. So pretty much Andrea was Pintresting before Pinterest and Zillowing before Zillow. Andrea is mom of an adorable little girl, Charlotte; cutie-pie son, Crosby and wife to a VERY Minnesotan husband, Chase. They fell in love with the Lake Minnetonka area, and then purchased a fixer-upper in Deephaven. In Andrea's spare time, she likes to travel, redecorate her house, refurbish old furniture and go antiquing. Helping people find their dream home or market an existing home makes Andrea feel like she is making a difference. Andrea is well versed in strategic planning; she has built a reputation for successfully creating marketing strategies that produce results.
