As an experienced real estate professional, I understand and value the trust clients place in me. I believe the consumer needs to be well informed about what can and will happen in the real estate transaction. And that is why I am passionate about educating buyers and sellers on the real estate process. I elected to become a real estate agent after years in sales in the broadcast and software industry. In my previous career my husband and I moved many times and each time we moved we bought and sold property. So, I understand the unique needs involved in relocation as well as the stress of buying and selling property. In addition to buying and selling multiple personal properties I also have been an investor in properties. Each real estate experience provided a different prospective. Being a better Realtor means understanding each unique client need and being able to meet those needs by servicing each client with individual and personal attention to every detail. Also, being a better Realtor means investing the time and effort to continue to learn and grow to be a true master of the industry served. I believe in going above what is required to maintain my professional real estate license, so I continue to invest in education to better serve my diverse client base. My advanced education includes the following professional designations: Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) As an Accredited Buyer Rep I am better able to serve the needs of today's home buyer. e-PRO : Being an e-PRO designee means I am trained in advanced technologies and strategies that are so important in marketing homes for sale as well as assisting buyers in finding a home in today's competitive market. Graduate of Realtor Institute (GRI): As a GRI designee I have pursued a course of study that represents the a solid foundation of knowledge and skills to navigate the current real estate climate-no matter what the conditions. Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES): As a Senior Real Estate Specialist, I am better able to meet the needs of a maturing population when selling, buying or investing. Outside of Real Estate I take pride in giving back to the community. I am a commissioner on the Godden Valley Human Services Commission. I serve on the Golden Valley Historical Society board, and I work with the Firefly Sisterhood Organization which fosters one to one connection between women impacted by a breast cancer diagnosis.
