EXPERIENCE I started in real estate in 1991 when interest rates were still in double digits. In my 33+ years as a Realtor®, I have sold well over 1,000 properties. Each property has its own story; each transaction is unique. I have sold everything from a studio condo to a church and everything in between. Whether it is a primary residence, a rental property, a second home, or a commercial investment, please take advantage of my years of experience and allow me to guide you through the process. BACKGROUND Once I got into real estate and became a Realtor®, not only did I represent buyers and sellers, but I also began purchasing rental properties and became a landlord. I received my real estate broker's license in Minnesota in 1998. I got my real estate license in the State of Wisconsin in 2000 to assist my clients who wanted to cross the border. After spending much time in Arizona and referring clients to other agents, I got my Arizona real estate license in 2019. I enjoy focusing on assisting snowbirds to escape the upper Midwest winters and enjoy the sunshine and warmth that Arizona offers. Over the years I have done it all. I have done flip properties, vacation rentals, land speculation, business brokerage and property management. I want my clients to learn from me so they don't have to make some of the mistakes that I may have made. I tell all of my clients that my service goes beyond the closing table and I am always available to them to lend advice or provide a recommendation. SPECIALTIES Much of my business is past clients and referrals. I am now working with second generations of families I worked with 30+ years ago. I pride myself on the fact that I represent all my clients with their best interests in mind. I treat everyone as if they were my own brother or sister. I am extremely candid and transparent, and I am not afraid to share my thoughts and opinions that could benefit you. I am a seasoned negotiator, a great communicator, and a stickler for details. I enjoy what I do and receive so much satisfaction when a transaction comes together and I see the joy on my client's faces.
