About Susan

Susan is proud to be on the Helgeson/Platzke Team which is the Number One Home Selling Team for Coldwell Banker Burnet! In 2013, after 20 years of owning a recruiting firm placing individuals in top level positions across the country, Susan transferred her skills to the real estate world. The two most stressful situations in life are changing jobs and home selling/purchasing. Susan utilizes her highly developed skills of communication and negotiation from her years in the placement of professionals and applies them in her real estate career. She understands how important it is to listen, identify, negotiate, and be available to her clients throughout the entire process of life changing events. The goal Susan has for her listing clients is to sell their home at the best possible price, in the most timely manner, with the least amount of inconvenience for them! Susan is no stranger to the real estate world having owned and managed multiple apartment buildings in the Minneapolis area. She has also owned homes in the communities of Minnetonka, Bloomington, Eden Prairie and Edina where 5 of her 6 children graduated from Edina High School. Susan believes in giving back to the community and volunteers as an Ambassador for Guild Inc., is an active member of NAMI and is also on the Board of Directors for Reviving Homes Ministry.
