My journey in real estate began in 2001 as I purchased my first home. Who would have thought 15 years later I was going to make a career of that. I have a lot of different experiences in real estate. In 2005, I purchased my first rental property in Chanhassen and I have been a landlord pretty much ever since. Early in 2015 I attained my real estate appraisal license and early in 2016 I became a licensed realtor (r) working with Coldwell Banker Realty, which is where I am today. Real estate has and will always be a passion of mine. I love seeing homes for the first time and nothing makes me happier than being a matchmaker linking happy individuals and beautiful homes. I have lived and worked all over the metro. However the bulk of the last 25 years I have spent in the western suburbs. Early in my career I have worked with many different kind of buyers. However what I specialize and enjoy most is first time home buyers. I do of course have experience working with investors, relocation, as well as existing home buyers.
