About Dana

Licensed in MN and WI Born and raised in Minnesota, Dana served in the Air Force and was a combat veteran from Desert Storm. Upon completion of his service he attended the University of Minnesota and received a B.S. in soil science. After completing school, Dana became involved in home remodeling. For 20 years he owned and operated a very successful flooring company, The Floor Guy Dana LLC. Dana was involved in all aspects of the business with the main focus on home remodeling. This gave him the opportunity to work in homes of all types across the entire metro area. Gaining extensive knowledge of homes and seeing the many remodeling transformations a home will go through, Dana used this knowledge to transition into a career of real estate with Coldwell Banker Realty. Dana operates with three major principals: 1. Always value the relationship with the customer before any individual transaction. 2. Do things right, to the best of his ability. 3. Ethical integrity before all else. Dana currently resides in the Greenleaf addition of Apple Valley with his wife. They have three children who all attend the local school district.
