About Claire

Driven by a passionate belief that homeownership and generational wealth are for everyone, Claire thrives in helping her clients realize their dreams of owning a home. She strives to make real estate as fun and stress-free as possible for her clients, focusing on excellent communication, problem solving, and guiding clients through every step of a real estate transaction. Claire is excited to work with buyers, sellers, and investors across the Twin Cities Metro. Claire started her real estate career in 2010 as an administrative assistant for a property management company. Over the years she worked in different roles, doing everything from maintenance coordination and accounting to social media management and property cleaning. These various roles helped her build a foundation of adaptability, problem solving, and effective communication; as well as indispensable knowledge of real estate investing. She finally went all in and earned her real estate license, graduating from Kaplan Professional School of Real Estate in 2019. One of her very first sales was her own home in Bloomington, which she listed on a Friday and accepted an offer the following Monday! Claire lives in South Minneapolis with her slightly neurotic Shiba Inu, Sumiko, and about 50 houseplants. She loves walking around Bde Maka Ska with Sumiko, gets a little competitive with bar trivia, and will eat brunch at any hour of the day.
