About Annamarie

Annamarie McDonald is a Realtor® with The Lisa Endersbe Team at Coldwell Banker Realty, serving buyers and sellers throughout the South Metro Twin Cities — including Eagan, Lakeville, Apple Valley, Inver Grove Heights, Rosemount, and the surrounding suburbs. Annamarie specializes in both new construction and existing-home sales, giving clients an agent who understands the full range of what the South Metro market has to offer — from established neighborhoods to ground-up builds. 10 years of experience / 269 homes sold or $119,853,313 in closed volume / CRP - Certified Relocation Professional What sets Annamarie apart is how she runs her business. The vast majority of her clients come through referrals and repeat business — people who worked with her once and came back, or sent a friend. That track record is built on responsiveness, clear communication, and an agent who treats every transaction, whether a $250,000 starter home or a custom new build, with the same level of care. Outside of real estate, Annamarie serves on the Board of Directors for Open Door Community Theatre (ODCT) in Woodbury, where she's held leadership and production roles across multiple shows. That community involvement reflects how she approaches her real estate business too: relationship-first, detail-oriented, and invested the community as more than just a service territory — it's where she lives and works. Areas served: Eagan, Lakeville, Apple Valley, Inver Grove Heights, Rosemount, Burnsville, and the greater South Metro Twin Cities.
