About Katie

Hello! My name is Katie Melander and I fell in love with Real Estate back in 2012 when I got my first job as an office admin working for a successful Broker. My background had been in mental health so I had a lot of learning to do (we have a lot of lingo in real estate). I became licensed in 2015 and worked at a company that was more of a family until having to make a change in 2021. Since landing at Coldwell Banker, I am excited to put the vast tools available to work for your goals.
