About Brandon

Brandon grew up a contractor’s kid (read: cheap labor for his father) in rural Minnesota, but has been in the Twin Cities for a dozen years, and involved in real estate as a career for the past five. When Brandon got his first home, a duplex, he was on a barista budget and had no idea what the process would be like. Since then, he’s purchased and operated multiple rental properties in Duluth, MN, where his family now lives, and where he spends much of his free time. “I’m passionate about helping folks get into homes on the budget they have so a space opens up where they are more free to relax and dream. I have an MFA in creative writing, and in my writing, setting almost always drives the narrative. I became a realtor in part because I think homes are the primary settings in which we write the stories of our lives—and since the pandemic hit, even more so. Homes hold us, and I will work hard to find you a space worthy of holding the unique story you are bringing into yours and the exciting life you are about to begin there.” Brandon and his wife live in a triplex they own in the Harrison neighborhood in Minneapolis.
