This property is simply put one of the most remarkable properties I've ever been on! This is a large acreage property located only minutes from Duluth, Hermantown and Cloquet! This "Option B" the timber has many areas of gorgeous red pine plantations! Also a black spruce plantation. The other areas consist of aspen and other tree species creating a beautiful property with excellent potential for future logging income! This property has trails leading all around the land and many of the trails were suitable for travel with a truck. If you check out the maps of this listing you can see some of the trails I tracked when driving around this property with a full sized truck.
