About Erica

Erica Conterato is a real estate professional serving the areas of Hennepin, Wright, Sherburne, counties and surrounding areas. Erica has extensive experience in owning homes and renovating several of them. Erica will work with clients to make their home buying or selling experience smooth and stress free. Erica grew up in a western suburb of Chicago but has lived in both Minnesota and Wisconsin for over 23 years. She currently resides in Big Lake, MN. Erica has an extensive background in sales and will work hard to support clients in their pursuit of buying or selling a home in Minnesota. Erica has a strong knowledge of the home market and will work closely with her clients to have the best experience. Erica has two daughters. Her oldest is currently serving the United States and will soon promote to Captain in the US Army Corps of Engineers and her youngest is a shift lead at a coffee shop and working towards a degree in Math Education. When not working on real estate she enjoys landscaping, crocheting, traveling, and kayaking. Erica looks forward to working with her clients to give them the best home buying or selling experience possible.
