About Nichole

I've always been known for having a big heart and am passionate about doing "what's right". As a country girl growing up on the lake, I had the itch to move to the big city after graduation. That led me to the Fargo Moorhead area where I landed my first job as a bank teller. Then I blinked and had spent 22 years in the banking industry, mostly as a consumer loan officer. After meeting my husband I moved to the Alexandria area in 2017. He's a contractor and is no stranger to real estate and building. We built our first home together in 2020 and what an accomplishment! After some discussion, I made the decision to leave the banking industry to run our construction business office and get my real estate license. Since then we've been busy! We've done some flipping and most recently starting building new homes in the area. It's been such a fun and rewarding experience working with buyers on the process from beginning to end.
