About Kevin

After finishing high school in Detroit Lakes and college in Moorhead, I headed east for a four year stint in Washington DC. The call of the lakes, family, and a cute brunette brought me back to Minnesota. Judy, a Morehead girl, and I were married and settled in Alexandria where we started our family and our careers.  For several decades I have been selling and brokering our real estate company with great pleasure and success, happy to go to work each day. I have been involved in almost every civic activity offered in the area, as well as bringing a few projects to the city that I thought necessary. I didn't just move to Alexandria, I dove head first into the community as an active member. My two daughters have grown and moved on, though thankfully come home frequently to share their lives with Judy and me. My favorite part of selling real estate is having a constant flow of new people to cross paths with from which I can nurture friendships. To me, the most interesting part of life is other people. I love to witness their raw emotions which often surface during the process of finding and negotiating a home purchase. I bring knowledge from 1700 personal sales plus 7000 sales my agents have generated, all of which experience I enjoy sharing with my buyers and sellers.  If you want true experience and knowledge from a real estate agent, please give me a call.
