Gina has been a self-employed entrepreneur, successfully managing a local Real Estate closing and Notary company, since 2006. As a Notary Public, she has facilitated over 7,000 real estate transactions across the United States, earning a reputation for her meticulous attention to detail and unwavering commitment to client satisfaction. Driven by her passion for real estate, Gina transitioned into the realm of real estate sales to share her expertise with others. She finds fulfillment in helping individuals achieve their dreams of homeownership and navigate the complexities of real estate investment. Outside of her professional endeavors, Gina is happily married and resides in Albert Lea, MN, with her husband, who is also her real estate investment partner. Together, they are proud parents to three children and doting grandparents to one grandchild. In addition to their family, they share their home with two cats and manage multiple investment properties.
