Nice house, walking distance from the lake ( walking distance from a great restaurant by the lake), and just minutes away from downtown. The house has a lot of character with its wood floor throughout the house, the nice stairway, and original wood frame around door and windows. Fully repainted. Livable as it is, but if you are willing to put some work into it, you can turn it into a really gorgeous house. It has also a gorgeous yard, with its big shade and its gazebo (with electricity) where you will be entertaining great parties. (NB : jacuzzi in the yard not in working condition)
