EXPERIENCE Kathy has been a Realtor since March 2009. She had worked in Big Rapids for three years before moving to Coldwell Banker Lakes in Canadian Lakes in January 2012. Kathy has received many awards while at Coldwell Banker, including Million Dollar Sales in 2010 - 2013, Multi-Million Dollar Sales 2014 – 2020, Top Producer of the Year 2016 and 2020, Coldwell Banker’s International President’s Circle, and more. Kathy is well acquainted with Canadian Lakes after spending nearly 40 years in the area. She enjoys golfing with the Canadian Lakes Club Ladies and has participated in several golf tournaments for the Canadian Lakes Club. AS A BUYER’S AGENT As a buyer’s agent, Kathy works with clients to meet their needs when shopping for a home. Taking the time to shop with clients is something she really enjoys. She will spend as much time with each client as necessary to find them the perfect property. She does not rush people into making decisions. Her passion is to help people with the process. She can help with services you might need while preparing your move to a new home. AS A LISTING AGENT As a listing agent, Kathy works with clients to bring them a full-service agent. Whatever your needs are while prepare to sell and move, Kathy is ready with helpful information and services to make your transition a smooth one. She will take the time to explain the process, make sure you understand the contracts, etc. From photography to closing, her work is thorough and puts your home in the best light. The marketing tools she uses are very progressive, providing you with the most marketing available to get the word out on your home sale. Kathy is there for you before, during and after the sale for whatever you might need. PERSONAL Kathy and her husband have enjoyed this area for many years. Originally from Romeo, MI where they raised their two children, they spent weekends at Horsehead Lake where they had a summer cottage. They had built a home in 2005 at Horsehead Lake. Greg retired in 2012 and they sold that home to move to the family farm near Chippewa Lake. The farm has been in their family since 1910. Their son, Blain, works for Betten Baker Automotive Group in Big Rapids. They are currently reviving the once Dairy Farm into a Vineyard and Winery. They also make Maple Syrup in the spring.
