As a semi-retired legal professional, I am building upon my negotiating skills, commercial real estate experience, professionalism, and commitment to customer service for the purpose of assisting clients in finding the property of their dreams. Working with Coldwell Banker Schmidt provides access to valuable resources which I will channel to create an advantage for my clients in their real estate search. A little about me, I am a wife and mother of two, a graduate of a small private liberal arts college located in Southern Indiana and a Minnesota law school. I have had the great pleasure of working for two publicly traded companies at each of which I obtained the level of vice president, legal. Having lived and worked most of my professional life in Indiana, my husband and I began our search for our dream lake property several years ago. We stumbled across Higgins Lake while our boys were still in college. It was not until July of 2022, however, that we were able to officially move to the lovely State of Michigan. Our long and seemingly arduous search for our current home, convinced me real estate sales would be my next professional endeavor. My property search experience gives me insight into the work needed to best service my clients.
