Hello My name is Robert, Buying a home is one of the largest commitments in a persons life. There are many factors that can go into selling or buying a home, whether it is a century old farm house with several outbuildings on acreage or a quant new construction in a modern craftsman style on a city lot. The number of bedrooms, the capability to add on, what it might take to get top dollar when listing. There are so questions that go into selling or buying a house and getting the most out of the transaction. I have been in a real-estate agent since 2016 and a Builder since 2001. As a builder I have built multiple new construction homes and have also remodeled many others adding custom walnut bookshelves to providing an exquisite new bathroom or kitchen, to working in some of the largest homes in the state of Michigan. I love being able to bring a vast knowledge as a builder to assist in bringing a buyer to a house that they can feel comfortable in making there home in which they can experience great memories in, or helping a seller net the most out of a sale in the home they have lived and grew out of. I enjoy being part of a community as well. I participate in my local little league by coaching and on the board for several yrs. I also have a commitment to my community by serving on my townships planning commission. I would love to bring my commitment and knowledge to help you or someone you know to the best of my abilities.
