I am deeply passionate about my work in real estate, finding immense satisfaction in assisting individuals in discovering their dream homes or successfully selling their properties. Recognizing that homes often represent the most significant asset for individuals, I understand the inherent stress involved in the buying or selling process. My commitment lies in guiding people through this journey and making it as seamless and stress-free as possible. With over 30 years of experience in the Lansing area real estate market, I bring a wealth of knowledge to the table. Having owned two real estate companies and having my Broker's License; I am well-equipped to support you in your next real estate transaction. My educational background includes a bachelor's degree from Lake Superior State University. Throughout my career, I've held various roles, including Sales Associate at Prudential Hubbell and Owner of Capitol Invest LLC, a property management firm overseeing 74 units in the area for 6 years. I also served as an Associate Broker/Owner of Assist 2 Sell Buyers and Sellers Real Estate in the Lansing area for over 14 years and currently Associate Broker and Team Member of The VanDeventer Team at Coldwell Banker Realty for over 10 years. The number-one team in the area for over 10 years. As an active member of the Greater Lansing Association of Realtors, Shiawassee Board of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors, I am dedicated to staying current with industry standards. Outside of real estate, my priorities shift to spending quality time with my wife and five children-three girls and two boys. We share a love for travel, and we take pleasure in activities such as snowboarding/skiing, hockey, golf, fishing, and attending MSU football and hockey games. My wife and I are very proud of our children's accomplishments. All five children are alumni of Michigan State University, we bleed green in our home. Our lives are vibrant and fulfilling. Currently residing in East Lansing, I bring not only professional expertise but also a genuine understanding of the importance of home and family.
