Nicely wooded 40 acres located south of Chesbrough Lake in northern Luce County. The acreage is high ground with northern hardwoods. The parcel had a light thinning in some of the hardwood stands in 2022. You can still see the boundary markers on the trees. There are several nice spots on the parcel to build a cabin. There are deer, bear and grouse in the area. You can ATV ride in the area and access the trail by crossing M-123. South Chesbrough LK Road crosses the property.
