Mary Kay started her real estate career in 1988 as a full time REALTOR at ReMax in South Haven. In 1994 Mary Kay earned her Real Estate Brokers license and opened Landmark Better Homes and Gardens, in South Haven, Michigan. In 1998 she sold her franchise and began her career with Keller Williams Realty, as an Associate Broker. After 15 years, she took her years of knowledge to Realty Executives Pro Brokers. In 2024, she joined forces with the longest running residential brokerage, Coldwell Banker Realty. Mary Kay’s three decades of experience paired with the power and resources of Coldwell Banker make her the best choice for your move. She is also a member of the Southwest Michigan Realtor Association, Multiple Listing Service, Michigan Association of Realtor, and the National Association of Realtors. She has earned the Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation which enabled her to gain extensive in-depth knowledge on technical subjects as well as the fundamentals of real estate. She holds a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation which is the highest credential awarded to residential sales agents, manager and brokers. Mary Kay has been a recipient of the real estate Diamond Awards. Over the years she has been part of the Grievance Committee Board, President of the Benton Harbor Lions Club, and has been part of several Consumer Trade Shows in Chicago. Through the years she has marketed homes in the very modest range to Lake Michigan waterfront. One of her achievements in Real Estate was being requested by the U.S. Marshall to market a property they seized in the 3 million dollar range. She specializes in Bank Owned REO Properties which have become approximately 50% of her business. She works with over 10 Foreclosure Companies and several banks.
