Licensed in both Michigan and Indiana, Linda’s primary goal is bringing buyers and sellers together with a broad spectrum of properties available, ranging from modest to high end. Hausoul exudes a genuine interest and loyalty to those who know her and, as such, strives to create a positive experience for both sides in any real estate transaction. Her business approach is simple: She listens to her client’s needs, does her best to match them to the right property, and follows through to ensure a successful closing. Linda’s appreciation for different forms of architecture and home design, as well as her innate desire to work in a service industry were a blend of interests which created the perfect niche and career choice for her to work in real estate. Having resided in New Buffalo since 1997, Linda and her husband have raised their family here and are happy to call beautiful Harbor Country their home. As empty-nesters, they enjoy entertaining and having friends come “up to the lake”, frequently acting as tour guides for all the area has to offer. Their leisure time is also spent walking, biking, boating, and enjoying the many nearby restaurants, wineries, and state parks.
