About Jason

Many things came out of 2021, but the most was the realization of what is important to me in my life. What was important to me is my commitment to my family, faith and friends. 2021 was a year in which gave me reflection in myself as well and what possibilities I would be able to achieve. I decided to become a realtor and would attend classes to obtain my real-estate license. The reason I decided on real estate was that I spent the better half of 2 years working on my own home and the joy and pride it gave me making it our home was what I would like others to have just as well. There is something to say about the pride of home ownership, it is a big endeavor and a milestone in any person’s life. I have witnessed a person receiving their keys to their first home purchase and the amount of pride and happiness it gave them to make it their home. I have also witnessed the happiness from a couple who was selling their home that they lived in for decades to a new family knowing that more memories will be made there and new life brought into that home. It makes me happy knowing that I was a part of those experiences helping people with their short and long term goals. I started Working with Coldwell Banker Professionals back in November of 2021. It has been full of new experiences that have been wonderful. I was able to pair up with a great mentor who has had a lifetime of experience. I was overjoyed when I asked Mary Sumpter to be my mentor and she accepted. Mary has been a joy to work with and the knowledge she has is incredible. She is exactly the type of person I want to be like. The people we have in our lives, make life worth living!
